By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following house rules. Failure could result in loss of deposit and/or being asked to leave the property.

1. The house is located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm-8am (no loud noise during this time).
2. No smoking inside of the house! Up to $250 deodorizing fee if smoke is detected.
3. Use of narcotics is not permitted.
4. Parties/events are strictly prohibited. Gatherings are permitted on a case by case basis, please contact us in advance to request.
5. For safety, security and insurance purposes, only registered guests are allowed on the property. Case by case exceptions can be made by request, but no more than 4 additional guests will be allowed per day.
6. Check out is at 11am unless stated otherwise. 
7. Host bears no responsibility for accident, injury or illness during your stay.

*Please be courteous and respectful to the cleaning staff and tidy up before check out.
